The town view shows the current state of your town. You can see the buildings which have already been built and the bare earth awaiting construction. Hold your mouse over a building or earth patch to receive more information about the building. While a building is under construction or being upgraded, the time remaining will be displayed.

Below the town screen is an area displaying information. Here you can see a summary, indicating new events, unread messages, building and research activities, and incoming or outgoing missions. Outgoing missions refers to your units, whether travelling to a target or returning. Incoming missions means units are on their way to your town!
